Whenever I log on to a new Minecraft server nowadays, I have one goal in mind - to get to the end dimension, so that I can make an end grinder. An end grinder is an XP farm that spawns and harvests endermen. These are the best of the best when it comes to Minecraft XP grinders. A good end grinder can easily get you to 30 levels of XP in less than 5 minutes, and you'll also collect hundreds of pearls from the dying endermen.
To make an end grinder, you can just look up a tutorial on youtube, or you can go to this tutorial, which is one of my personal favorites. Yes, it's a long video, but the author goes through every step of building an end grinder. Once you use an end grinder, there's no going back to boring old dungeon XP farms.
